N.C. Medical College & Hospital, Panipat is run by Shanti Devi Charitable Trust established in the Year 2016. The college is recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) and is affiliated to PT. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak with an annual intake of 150 MBBS seat. The College is well connected by roads and railways to different parts of the state and country. IGI airport, located at Delhi and Airport at Chandigarh offers domestic flights as well as international flights suit to the convenient visits to the college campus.

The College is located in a sprawling campus of 28.5 acres with very good infrastructure. There are spacious Lecture Halls, Labs, Library, Office Space for Faculties, Seminar Halls, Conference Halls, Auditorium and infrastructure for Sports & Extra Curricular activities etc. All the classrooms are spacious, well illuminated and equipped with state-of-the-art multimedia teaching aids. The College has separate hostels for girls and boys with round the clock security arrangements, each hostel has separate dining rooms, recreation rooms and study rooms. The College provides all kinds of sports activities and encourages students to take part in games and to ensure their all-round development. N.C. Medical College & Hospital - NEETUG Counseling is Conducted by Directorate of Medical Education and Research (Combined centralized counseling)

The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at Haryana must register through the Combined centralized counseling Deptt. of Medical Education & Research (DMER) Haryana (http://uhsugadmissions.in/) by filling out their application form. Haryana, MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEET. Candidates who will qualify NEET Exam and meet the eligibility requirements can only register and fill out the application form for Haryana MBBS / BDS admission.

Admission to NRI Category (NRIs/PIOs/OCIs/Foreign National) Dept. of Medical Education & Research (DMER) Haryana

The procedure for admission to NRI quota seat shall be as under:-

Only NEET-qualified candidates shall be eligible under NRI category. All admission under NRI category seats shall be as per merit of NEET.
PIOs/OCIs and Foreign Nationals who are NEET qualified can also apply under the NRI category.

The preference for admission under the NRI category shall be considered as under:-

Actual NRIs/OCIs/PIOs candidates who originally belonged to the State of Haryana.

Children of NRIs/OCIs/PIOs who originally belonged to Haryana State

Actual NRIs/OCIs/PIOs who originally belonged to an Indian State and Union Territories other than Haryana.

Children of NRIs/OCIs/PIOs who originally belonged to an Indian State and Union Territories other than Haryana

If the first-degree relation of the student is NRI and residing abroad and the candidate fulfils the following condition:-

He should be the nearest relation.
In the definition of nearest relation, the candidate having the following blood relation:-
- Real Brother and sister of father i.e real uncle and real aunt.
- Real brother and Sister of the mother i.e real maternal uncle and maternal aunt.
- Father and mother of father i.e grand father and grandmother.
- Father and mother of the mother i.e maternal grandfather and maternal grandmother.
- First degree-paternal and maternal cousins.
- Such a person should be NRI
Such persons should ordinarily be residing abroad.
Such a person should have looked after such a student as the guardian of the student and evidence to that effect must have been produced by such person.

Foreign Nationals shall be considered for admission under the NRI quota after exhausting the list of NRIs/ PIOs/OCIs.

NOTE:-

• The NRI students will have to give a Bank Guarantee/Surety Bond for the balance of fee if they opt to pay the fee in installments as provided.

• Any seats remaining vacant under NRI Category shall be filled up by the NEET-qualified eligible foreign nationals. However, if the seats still remain vacant these shall be converted to Open Category seats in Government/Government Aided Medical Colleges and Management Category seats in Private Colleges
