The Muzaffarnagar Medical College, Muzaffarnagar, is a Private medical college run by Fateh Chand Charitable Trust established in the Year 2006. The College is affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh Universitiy, Meerut, located in Uttar Pradesh and recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC) with an annual intake of 150 seats in MBBS and 70 seats in 19 disciplines of Postgraduate studies.

Muzaffarnagar Medical College Hospital (MMCH), is spread over a sprawling area of 25 acres with very good infrastructure. The college has an additional 17 acres campus. The whole campus is aesthetically developed in a pollution free and peaceful environment suitable for a healthy and academic atmosphere. Located opp. Begrajpur Industrial Area at 115 km mile stone on Delhi – Dehradun National Highway-58, and it is 8 kms away from Muzaffarnagar. The Medical College is well connected with road and railway.

The campus houses main medical college building, Administrative building, teaching hospital, Doctors staff Quarters, Resident doctor hostel, Boys and Girls hostel, Playground and offer Supportive facilities. There are very good spacious 5 gallery type Lecture halls in the college with a seating capacity of 240 in 1 with 350 seating capacity with audio-visual facilities. The Examination hall accommodates 250 students, Common rooms for boys and girls & Demonstration rooms. There is an Auditorium with a seating capacity of 750. The Institute is fully equipped with clinical Laboratories, Departmental Museums and Skill labs. Centrally air-conditioned Library and information center is located in a huge area with good collection of Medical Books of over 16028, 77 Indian & 39 Foreign Journals and 9020 back volume of journals with 3096 E-Journals with separate reading space for students & Teaching Staff and a Digital Library. There are facilities for Indoor and Outdoor Games and Sports with volleyball and badminton facilities.

The Medical college is attached to a 950 bedded tertiary care and research centre and has various departments for facilities of IPD & OPD (Department of Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Pediatrics, Dermatology & STD, TB and Chest, Psychiatric, Orthopedic, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dentistry, Radio Diagnosis, Ultrasonology, Anesthesiology, Department of Pathology, Microbiology & Biochemistry) with some super specialty branches as well like Cardiology & Nephrology. The hospital has facility of Dialysis, CT Scan, MRI & DSA - Interventional Radiology headed by Prof Sunil Kumar Agarwal Prof & HoD, Radiodiagnosis. It also has a 24-hour Blood Bank & Pharmacy for the urgent need of the patient. The Medical college has been ranked 12th in all the medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh

The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at Uttar Pradesh will have to register themselves for the UP NEET( Directorate General of Medical Education and Training), UP is functioning directly under the State Government admission process by filling out their application form. UP MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEETUG. Candidates who will qualify NEET UG Exam and meet the eligibility requirements can only register and fill the application form for Uttar Pradesh MBBS / BDS admission. Directorate General of Medical Education and Training DMET)counseling is conducted in Three Rounds (Round 1, Round 2, and Mop-up Round). The fourth round being the College Round, if the number of vacant seats is x, then a 10x the list of registered candidates will be sent to the college and is to be exhausted strictly in order of merit. Directorate General of Medical Education and Training UP conducts the combined (Government and Private) admissions for UP NEET-UG medical.

Eligibility For Admission In Up MBBS/BDS Counseling Conducted By UP NEET( Directorate General Of Medical Education And Training)

• 12th or (10+2 Equivalent) with Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English for UR & 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
• Those who have qualified NEET-UG by scoring the minimum qualifying percentage will be eligible for the Admission and Counseling. Candidates should have earned a minimum of 50 percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC and 45th percentile for General-PH) in order to become eligible for NEET 2020 counseling rounds
• AGE: He/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Medical Course.
• Upper age limit: As per Letter No. U-11022/2/2023-UGMEB, dated 09 March 2023 received from National Medical Commission (NMC), Under Graduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB) regarding the upper age limit, that there should be no upper age limit as decided in the fourth NMC meeting held on 21 October 2021.

STEPS FOR COUNSELLING PROCESS OF UP NEET( Directorate General Of Medical Education And Training)

Directorate General of Medical Education and Training UP is conducting three rounds of Counseling for NEET UG

First-Round

• UP state merit, NEET-UG

• Registration commences

REGISTRATION :-Candidates can apply online by visiting the website https://upneet.govt.in

• List of registered candidates for online counseling.
• Online Security Deposit

• Verification of Documents – After successful registration and deposition of the security money, a candidate needs to report to the nodal centers for verification of documents. If a candidate fails to report to the respective nodal center in the stipulated time, their seat will be given to the candidate next in line. Only after the successful verification of the documents, a candidate will be able to proceed to the next stage of UP NEET counseling 2020
• Choice filling :- If security fee not submitted by candidate then candidate will not be permitted for choice filling.

Offline Process Seat Selection Process For MBBS/BDS Counseling Conducted By UP NEET( Directorate General Of Medical Education And Training)

1. For Government Medical/Dental Colleges -Rest fee and Original documents to be submitted to allotted college - Go to medical board at allotted college/ nodal center -Eligible for participation in 2nd round. (up gradation of seat/college)
2. For Private Medical/Dental Colleges -DD in favour of Director General Medical Education and Training UP Payable at Lucknow of remaining amount of tuition fee and original documents submit to nodal center not to allotted college -Go to medical board at nodal center -Eligible for participation in 2nd round. (up gradation of seat/college)

• After allotment, if the candidate does not complete the admission process then the security fee will be forfeited. If a candidate wants to participate in 2nd round, then the security fee is to be deposited again.
• Candidate will be provided a button of <pay tuition fee> to submit online tuition fee at the page of allotment result. The candidate has to pay Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. Thirty thousand only) in case he/she has been allotted seat of Government Institutions. If the candidate has been allotted a seat at a private institution, he/she has to pay Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rs. Two lakhs only)
