Raja Rajeswari Dental College & Hospital was established in the year 1992. The College is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka and recognized by Dental Council of Indiawith the annual intake of 100 seats in BDS and 48 seats in various streams of Postgraduate Dental Sciences. It is accredited by NAAC (National Assessment Accreditation Council) and is the first Dental college to be accredited with NABH in Karnataka and is Recognised by Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, UK for part 1 & 2 MFDS Examinations.

RajaRajeswari Dental College & Hospital is situated at a sprawling 5 acre campus on the Bangalore-Mysore Highway. The Dental college is located in a constructed area of 65136 sq.ft and a non-constructed area of 152664 sqft with state of the art infrastructure which has set high standards in terms of Dental Education and creates an environment for excellent student oriented, patient friendly environment with dedicated faculty in place. Currently the college is equipped with 426 latest electronic Dental chairs and has set up a well maintained laboratory with all the latest equipment. There are technology driven air conditioned gallery type lecture halls with audio-visual and multimedia projection capabilities. There are spacious examination hall and seminar halls. The Library is spread in a huge area with good collection of books of over 6000 volumes and 90 National and International Journals with back volumes with an excellent E-Library facility to benefit the students.State of art preclinical labs equipped with patient simulations and Wi Fi enabled campus. The college also has access to the ACS Convention Centre, a large (sitting capability more then 4000) auditorium. There is a Dental education museum within the campus. The campus houses well ventilated spacious hostels for girls and boys separately with staff quarters. The playground in the sprawling campus is ideal for basketball, football, cricket and volleyball and other games.
