The Mount Zion Medical College was established in the year 2012 by the Mount Zion Charitable and Welfare Trust at Chayalode, Ezhamkulam, Adoor; a green, calm, quiet, and serene area flourished in 32 acres. The Medical College is about 8 kilometers away from Adoor and can be reached by road from Adoor or Pathanapuram. The college is recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) and is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. The college offers 100 seats in MBBS. Mount Zion Medical College is a Christian Minority Co-Education College helping all the students of the Minority community from Kerala and other states across India to get admission into Medicine. It has spacious & well-ventilated lecture theatres, seminar rooms, and an examination hall. The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at Kerala will have to register themselves for the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations KEAM in the admission section for the admission process by filling out their application form. Kerala, MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEET. Candidates who will qualify NEET Exam and meet the eligibility requirements can only register and fill the application form for KEAM MBBS / BDS admission. KEAM counseling is conducted in Three Round (Round 1, Round 2, and Subsequent MOP UP rounds). Seat selection for Government Seats and for Management quota seats will be through web counseling
