Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre Bhopal(PCDSRC Bhopal) is one of the reputed PrivateDental Colleges in Madhya Pradesh established in the year 2002-03. The college is affiliated with the Peoples University, Bhopal, and is approved by the Dental Council of India, Govt. of India with the annual intake of 100 seats in BDS and 38 seats in various streams of Postgraduate Dental Sciences.

The college is spread in an area of 6.62 acres with a constructed area of 272967 sq.ft and a non-constructed area of 15400.2 sqft with state of the art infrastructure which has set high standards in terms of Dental Education and creates an environment for excellent student oriented, patient friendly environment with dedicated faculty in place. Currently the college is equipped with 342 latest electronic Dental chairs and has set up a well maintained laboratory with all the latest equipment. There are technology driven air conditioned gallery type 5 lecture halls amongst which 2 is in an area of 1050sqft and has a seating capacity for 110 students and 3 lecture halls is in 1245 sqft to accommodate 120 students and with audio-visual and multimedia projection capabilities. In addition, Air conditioned conference room for faculty meetings is equipped to seat 30 individuals. It is provided with computer, LCD projector and inter-active electronic white board. There are spacious examination hall with 200 seats, Auditorium to accommodate 400 and seminar halls. The Library is spread in a huge area of 8500sqft with good collection of books of over 5335 and 23 National and 61 International Journals with back volumes with an excellent E-Library facility to benefit the students.State of art preclinical labs equipped with patient simulations and Wi Fi enabled campus. There is a Dental education museum within the campus. The campus houses well ventilated spacious hostels for girls and boys separately with staff quarters. The playground in the sprawling campus is ideal for basketball, football, cricket and volleyball and other games. It is attached with the Peoples General Hospital Pvt. Ltd. for clinical practice.

The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at Madhya Pradesh will have to register themselves for the The Directorate of Medical Education (DME- MP), admission process by filling out their application form. Madhya Pradesh MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEET. Candidates who will qualify NEET Examand meet the eligibility requirements can only register and fill the application form for The Directorate of Medical Education (DME- MP), MBBS / BDS admission. The Directorate of Medical Education (DME- MP) counseling is conducted in Three rounds (Round 1, Round 2, and Mop-up Round). The fourth round being theCollege Round, if the number of vacant seats is x, then a 10x the list of registered candidates will be sent to the college and is to be exhausted strictly in order of merit. Combined Seat selection for Government Seats (Competent Authority Quota) and Management quota seats will be exclusively through web counseling.

Eligibility For Admission
1. Qualification:

• 12th or (10+2 Equivalent) with Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English for UR & 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
• Those who have qualified NEET by scoring the minimum qualifying percentage will be eligible for the Admission and Counseling. Candidates should have earned a minimum of 50 percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC and 45th percentile for General-PH) in order to become eligible for NEET counseling rounds
• AGE: A student must have completed an age of 17 years at the time of admission under NEET eligibility or should complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.

Government Seats (Competent Authority Quota)

Means and includes seats in Government colleges and Government share of seats in Private colleges.

• 85% of Seats in Government colleges (after exclusion of 15 % seats transferred to All India Quota)
• MBBS/ BDS shall be reserved for candidates

• 10% of total seats in specified Government Medical / Dental Colleges reserved for economically weaker section ( EWS ) Category
