TheMalabar Medical College Kozhikode, Calicut is established in the Year2010. The college is recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) and is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. The college offers 150 seats in MBBS.Postgraduate Courses in 10 departments. The entire campus spread over 32 acres of land on the bank of the state highway connecting Calicut and Kuttiadi, approximately 20 km away from Calicut city, is situated in high greenery to give a very conducive atmosphere for education and patient care. The classrooms culminate the advances of the 21st-century technology boom and modern medical education to provide well-equipped air-conditioned lecture halls, state-of-artworld-class laboratories, and technology-enabled learning to the students. Lecture theatres are provided with necessary independent audio-visual aids including an LCD projector, and a microphone.

The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at Kerala will have to register themselves for the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations KEAM in the admission section for the admission process by filling out their application form. Kerala, MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEET. Candidates who will qualify NEET Examand meet the eligibility requirements can only register and fill the application form for KEAM MBBS / BDS admission. KEAM counseling is conducted in Three Round (Round 1, Round 2, and Subsequent MOP UP rounds). Seat selection for Government Seats and for Management quota seats will be through web counseling
