The Farooqia Dental College & Hospital, Mysore is a Private College established in the Year 1992. . The College is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka and recognized by Dental Council of India with the annual intake of 40 seats in BDS and 29 seats in various streams of Postgraduate Dental Sciences.

The Dental college is located in a constructed area of 154149 sq.ft and a non constructed area of 60851 sqft with good infrastructure to provide Dental Education to students with dedicated faculty around. Currently the college is equipped with 176 Dental chairs and has well maintained laboratory with all the latest equipment as well. There are spacious classrooms and seminar halls and an auditorium. The campus houses well ventilated spacious hostels for girls and boys separately. The Library is spread in a huge area and has good collection of books, National and International Journals with back volumes. There is an excellent E-Library facility as well to benefit the students. There are facilities for Indoor and Outdoor games and sports. It is attached with the Mysore Medical college and Research Institute, Mysore for clinical practice.
