The Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Rajsamand was established in the Year 2016 and is run by Ananta Charitable Educational Society (ACES). The college is recognized by the Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) and is affiliated with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, located in Rajasthan with an annual intake of 150 MBBS seats.

AIMSR is located in a salubrious environment abutting National Highway – 08 (Udaipur to Ajmer-Jaipur). It is 07 km from the Udaipur periphery. The campus is spread in over 24 acres of land where the departments, classrooms, library, and laboratories are housed in airy, bright, and well-ventilated buildings. There are very good spacious gallery type Lecture halls in the college and in the hospital which accommodates 200 students. There are Examination halls & Demonstration rooms. The Institute is fully equipped with clinical Laboratories, Departmental Museums and Auditorium. Library and information center is located in a huge area with good collection of Medical Books, Indian & Foreign Journals with separate reading space for students & Teaching Staff and a Digital Library. There are facilities for Indoor and Outdoor Games and Sports with volleyball and badminton facilities. The college provides hostel facilities for Boys Hostels & Girls Hostels. The College is endowed with a modern gymnasium, parking facility, sports area.

Ananta Hospital is a 730 Bedded tertiary care and Multispecialty hospital attached to the medical College. The teaching hospital offers various modalities of a treatment facility in both broad specialty and super specialty services attached to the college. An Emergency wing designed and equipped to deal with all cases of casualties, trauma, accident, and medical emergencies. A full-fledged diagnostic setup with round a clock central laboratory capable of performing all tests. Ultramodern imaging facilities under the department of Radiodiagnosis and Imaging with X-ray, Ultrasound, Doppler, CT Scan. A state of the art OT complex with modular OTs, CSD, recovery facilities. An Intensive Care Section having ICU, ICCU, NICU, PICU, and dialysis. Spacious wards, treatment rooms, and facilities. This hospital not only provides excellent clinical services for a population of more than 12 lakh in surrounding but also provides excellent facilities for teaching and training of medical Under-Graduate.

OFFICE OF THE CHAIRMAN, NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board ,RUHS College of Dental Sciences (Govt. Dental College), Jaipur conducts counseling MBBS NEETUG For Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre

The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at Rajasthan will have to register themselves for the Centralized admissions to all State Quota seats (including Management/NRI seats) in all Government, Govt. Society Colleges, RUHS CMS, RUHS CDS, ESIC MC and Private Medical and Dental colleges in Rajasthan by NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board or https://rajneetug2022.in/ admission process by filling out their application form. Counseling for MBBS Students (NEET-UG) in Rajasthan will be conducted by NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board Jaipur. Rajasthan, MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEET-UG. Candidates who will qualify NEET-UG Exam and meet the eligibility requirements only can register and fill the application form for Rajasthan, MBBS / BDS admission. NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counseling Board Jaipur counseling is conducted in Three rounds (Round 1, Round 2, and Mop-up Round(offline), and the fourth round being the College Round. Suppose the number of vacant seats is x, then 10x the list of registered candidates will be sent to the college and is to be exhausted strictly in order of merit.

Eligibility For Admission

12th or (10+2 Equivalent) with Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English for UR & 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
Those who have qualified NEET-UG by scoring the minimum qualifying percentage will be eligible for Admission and Counseling. Candidates should have earned a minimum of 50 percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC and 45th percentile for General-PH) in order to become eligible for NEET-UG counseling rounds
AGE: A student must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission under NEET-UG eligibility or should complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.

APPLICATION FEE :

All candidates are required to deposit non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1200/- for SC, ST, ST-STA category candidate of Rajasthan state domicile as well as candidate of Rajasthan State domicile whose family annual income is less than INR 2.5 lacs) + applicable transaction charges.

Note: Candidates of Rajasthan State domicile whose family annual income is less than INR 2.5 lacs and who opt to pay INR 1200/- will be required to submit income certificate at the time of document submission.

Seat distribution

As per the regulatory body, there are 3 types of seats, namely - Government seat, Management seat, and NRI seat.

Government Seats (Competent Authority Quota)

It includes seats in Government colleges and Government shares of seats in Private colleges.

	Girls	25%, out of each category of SC, ST, STA, OBC-NCL, MBC-NCL, EWS, and unreserved, category shall be filled from female candidates.
10% seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) above are reserved for those belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill other relevant conditions. Candidate must submit valid EWS Certificate for Rajasthan State issued by competent authority of Rajasthan (valid for financial year 2022-23). Refer the direction letter no. 28046, dated 06.05.2022 issued by Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Govt. of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

10% of seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) above are reserved for those belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill other relevant conditions. Candidate must submit EWS Certificate for Rajasthan State issued by the competent authority of Rajasthan.

Eligibility FOR NRI CANDIDATES

NO PRIVATE COLLEGE IN RAJASTHAN OFFERS NRI SEAT .As per order no. F.5(968)DME/LC/2018/1997 dated 29.04.2019 of Government of Rajasthan (Annexure-2), following will be the guidelines applicable for the admission in Under Graduate/Post Graduate, Medical/Dental courses under NRI quota in all Government, Govt. Society institutions and RUHS CMS of the State:

At least one of the parents of students should be an NRI and shall ordinarily be residing abroad as an NRI; or

The person who sponsors the student for admission should be a first degree relative of the student (i.e. real Brother / real Sister) and should be ordinarily residing abroad as an NRI; or

If student is taken as a ward by some other nearest relative [as mentioned below (i) to (v)] such students also may be considered for admission provided the guardian has bonafidely treated the student as a ward. For this following nearest relative (NRI) of candidate, who should be ordinarily residing abroad as an NRI can only be considered:

Real brother and sister of father i.e. real uncle and real aunt.
Real brother and sister of mother i.e. real maternal uncle and maternal aunt.
Father and mother of father i.e. grandfather and grandmother.
Father and mother of mother i.e. maternal grandfather and maternal grandmother.
First degree-paternal and maternal cousins.

All NRI Candidate shall submit a proof being sponsor as NRI/OCI/PIO in the form of certificate issued by the Indian embassy/Ministry of external affairs, Government of India for this purpose. In the absence of that certificate a duly notarized undertaking executed by the sponsor and notarized by the Notary Public of the foreign country where the sponsor resides being submitted by the sponsor, it be treated as sufficient as to the factum of the residence of the sponsor.

An affidavit from the sponsor that he/she looks after such student and will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate.

According to the direction of the State Govt., if NRI seats remain vacant due to non-availability of sufficient number of NRI candidates during / after round 2 off-line counseling, such vacant seats will be converted to management / general seats as the case may be. Looking to these directions, the round 2 off-line counseling for NRI seats will be carried out before exhausting the management seats of Govt. Society colleges. The candidate who gets allotment to NRI seats in round 2 counseling shall not be eligible to participate in round 2 counseling for other seats and shall at the time of allotment submit a bond that if he/she does not join the allotted seat or leaves the course before completion, shall be liable to pay the fee for entire course prescribed for such NRI seat.

FORFEITURE OF FEE / PERMISSIBILITY TO STUDENTS TO EXERCISE FRESH CHOICE DURING COUNSELING (only for MBBS course)

Forfeiture of fee / Permissibility to students to exercise fresh choice during counseling shall be in accordance with the following matrix:

All participants are required to deposit online, registration fee INR 10,000/- for general candidate and INR 5000/- for SC/ST/STA/OBC/MBC candidate (for allotment in Govt. Colleges and Govt. Societies colleges (Jhalawar, RajMES) / RUHS Medical College) and INR 1,00,000/- (for allotment in Private colleges) at the time of choice filling (Candidates who deposit INR 1.0 lakh will be considered for Govt. seats also. They are not required to deposit INR 10000 or 5000 separately).
