Akash Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS&RC) is one of the upcoming eminent Medical College situated very much adjacent to Bangalore International Airport in Devanahalli town of Bangalore. It was established in the year 2016 by the Akash Educational & Development Trust with the ultimate goal of quality imparting medical education and shaping the future health care of our nation and beyond. This College is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences-RGUHS, located in Karnataka and recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC) with the annual intake of 150 seats in MBBS. It is well connected by Road, Rail and Aerial route.
The Medical College is located in the lush green decent campus with an aesthetic environment around. Well-ventilated and spacious Classrooms, Lecture Theatres with Digital incorporation, Demo rooms, Seminar halls, Museum for each Department, Examination halls and Auditorium are present in the campus. KEA – Karnataka Examination Authority conducts counselling MBBS NEETUG For Akash Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS&RC) Minority Linguistic Telugu
Karnataka Examination Authority is the centralized online counselling process for the state Karnataka, which allows (Government seat in Government college ,Government seat in private college/private university and Management(others) seat, NRI seats in private colleges/private universities) through KEA counselling where KEA conducts in 4 rounds, 1st round, 2nd round, Mop-up round and stray vacancy round. Application form will be available in the UGNEET section in https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/Neet2023
KEA – Karnataka Examination Authority conducts counseling for Government Medical College (85% seats and another 15% will be conducted by MCC), 100% seat allotment in Private Universities & Private Medical College ( includes Non-Minority, linguistic minority, and religious minority institutions), by KEA.

- In 2022, the institutional mop-up round of counseling will fill the vacant seats or remain unfilled seats after a mop-up round of KEA counseling. This round is conducted by colleges to fill the left-over seats. A list of the registered candidates' names for stray vacancies will be sent to private colleges to be exhausted strictly in order of merit.
