Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Subharti Medical College, Meerut, is one of the best Private Medical Colleges of North India established in the Year 1996. The college is recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) and is affiliated with the Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU) Meerut. It has an annual intake of 150 MBBS seats and 89 seats in 20 disciplines of Post-Graduate studies. The University has been established under the aegis of Mahayana Theravada Vajrayana Buddhist Religious and Charitable Trust, Meerut. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Subharti Medical College is a Buddhist Minority Institution. The college is listed in W.H.O. World Directory of Medical Schools. The college has collaborations with; Centre for Public Health Kinetics, New Delhi, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Baltimore, Medical Board of California, and Global Health Learning Opportunities (GHLO) / Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), Washington, DC.

The college is located in a 250-acre campus in Meerut. The College is located in a majestic building within the vast sprawling campus, furnished with the latest and best available audio-visual teaching aids such as OHP, LCD, visualizer, electronic teaching boards etc. provided in all the lecture theatres, departments and teaching points. The lectures are corroborated with a practical exercise, in each department having its own individual laboratory. There are spacious Examination halls, Common rooms for Boys and Girls & Demonstration rooms. The Institute is fully equipped with clinical Laboratories, Skill labs, Departmental Museums and Auditorium. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Subharti Medical College has a dedicated teaching hospital named “Chhatrapati Shivaji Subharti Hospital”. It is a premier 938 bedded tertiary care teaching hospital of Northern India which provides immense training and planning opportunities and a platform for the students of medical and allied fields. The Hospital provides round the clock accident and trauma care. It also provides general quality specialist and super-speciality medical care at highly subsidized rates to one and all. The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at Uttar Pradesh will have to register themselves for the UP NEET( Directorate General of Medical Education and Training), UP is functioning directly under the State Government admission process by filling out their application form. UP MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEETUG. Candidates who will qualify NEET UG Exam and meet the eligibility requirements can only register and fill the application form for Uttar Pradesh MBBS / BDS admission. Directorate General of Medical Education and Training DMET)counseling is conducted in Three Rounds (Round 1, Round 2, and Mop-up Round). The fourth round being the College Round, if the number of vacant seats is x, then a 10x the list of registered candidates will be sent to the college and is to be exhausted strictly in order of merit. Directorate General of Medical Education and Training UP conducts the combined (Government and Private) admissions for UP NEET-UG medical.

Eligibility For Admission In Up MBBS/BDS Counseling Conducted By UP NEET( Directorate General Of Medical Education And Training)

• 12th or (10+2 Equivalent) with Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English for UR & 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
• Those who have qualified NEET-UG by scoring the minimum qualifying percentage will be eligible for the Admission and Counseling. Candidates should have earned a minimum of 50 percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC and 45th percentile for General-PH) in order to become eligible for NEET 2020 counseling rounds
• AGE: He/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Medical Course.
• Upper age limit: As per Letter No. U-11022/2/2023-UGMEB, dated 09 March 2023 received from National Medical Commission (NMC), Under Graduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB) regarding the upper age limit, that there should be no upper age limit as decided in the fourth NMC meeting held on 21 October 2021.

First-Round

• Online Security Deposit

• Verification of Documents – After successful registration and deposition of the security money, a candidate needs to report to the nodal centers for verification of documents. If a candidate fails to report to the respective nodal center in the stipulated time, their seat will be given to the candidate next in line. Only after the successful verification of the documents, a candidate will be able to proceed to the next stage of UP NEET counseling 2020
• Choice filling :- If security fee not submitted by candidate then candidate will not be permitted for choice filling.

Offline Process Seat Selection Process For MBBS/BDS Counseling Conducted By UP NEET( Directorate General Of Medical Education And Training)

1. For Government Medical/Dental Colleges -Rest fee and Original documents to be submitted to allotted college - Go to medical board at allotted college/ nodal center -Eligible for participation in 2nd round. (up gradation of seat/college)
2. For Private Medical/Dental Colleges -DD in favour of Director General Medical Education and Training UP Payable at Lucknow of remaining amount of tuition fee and original documents submit to nodal center not to allotted college -Go to medical board at nodal center -Eligible for participation in 2nd round. (up gradation of seat/college)

• After allotment, if the candidate does not complete the admission process then the security fee will be forfeited. If a candidate wants to participate in 2nd round, then the security fee is to be deposited again.
• Candidate will be provided a button of <pay tuition fee> to submit online tuition fee at the page of allotment result. The candidate has to pay Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. Thirty thousand only) in case he/she has been allotted seat of Government Institutions. If the candidate has been allotted a seat at a private institution, he/she has to pay Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rs. Two lakhs only)

The fee structure of the Subharti Medical College as declared by the State Government UP is:-

A. Tuition Fee - 11.31 lakh per year

B. Security – Rs. 3.00 lakh (Refundable)

C. Hostel – Rs. 1.50 lakh Non AC double-seater rooms.

D. Misc. Charges – Rs. 0.80 lakh per year.

7. Besides College Fee, Hostel Fee & refundable Security, the students have to pay as under if required:

i. An additional tuition fee @ 1/3 rd of Annual Tuition fee will be charged from detained (for whatsoever reason)/failed students each year/session.

ii. An additional supplementary exam fee from failed/detained students will be charged @ Rs. 50,000/- per subject per examination.

iii. Hostel is compulsory for all the students except those who are residents of Meerut City.
