The Sree Uthradom Thiurnal Academy of Medical Sciences, Trivandrum is run by Sri. Moogambigai Charitable and Educational Trust. is established in the Year 2006. The college is recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) and is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. The college offers 100 seats. The college is picturesque, verdant campus stands on 40 acres of land. Equipped with all modern facilities, the serene and peaceful campus provides an ideal learning atmosphere for the students. Outpatients Department Clinical board’s general specialties viz. Medicine, Surgery, OBG, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Anaesthesiology, and Radiology three paraclinical departments viz. Pathology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry are working in the Hospital. In-Patient facility including I.C.U, I.C.C.U, N.I.C.U, P.I.C.U, Labor Room, Post Operative Care, and all types of surgeries which include caesarian are provided free of cost. Accident, Emergency, and Pharmacy run 24 hours for Departments of all broad specialties.
The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at Kerala will have to register themselves for the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations KEAM in the admission section for the admission process by filling out their application form. Kerala, MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEET. Candidates who will qualify NEET Exam and meet the eligibility requirements can only register and fill the application form for KEAM MBBS / BDS admission. KEAM counseling is conducted in Three Round (Round 1, Round 2, and Subsequent MOP UP rounds). Seat selection for Government Seats and for Management quota seats will be through web counseling
