The Narayan Medical College & Hospital, Sasaram is a Trust established in the Year 2008. The college is recognized by the Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) and is affiliated with Veer Kunwar Singh, Ara, Bihar. Narayan Medical College & Hospital offers 150 seats in MBBS, Postgraduate Courses in 16 departments. Narayan Medical College & Hospital is spread over spacious 25-acre land of serene surroundings. There are five lecture theatres equipped with a combined/ interactive board with LCD projectors and an internet facility.Gallery type 4 Lecture theaters in college (Two with 250 students, One with 500 students, One with 184 ) Capacity each Lecture theater and 1 Lecture theater in Hospital (300 Seating).Auditorium with a capacity of 1200 with central AC & balcony. Medicine, Surgery, OBG, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Anaesthesiology and Radiology and three paraclinical departments viz. Pathology, Microbiology and Biochemistry are working in the Hospital. In addition to the basic clinical specialities, NICU, PICU, OICU. Narayan Medical College & Hospital Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Counseling is conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB)

The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at BIHAR will have to register themselves for the BCECE (UGMAC ) admission process by filling out their application form. Bihar, MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEET. Candidates who will qualify NEET Exam and meet the eligibility requirements can only register and fill the application form of BCECE (UGMAC ), MBBS / BDS admission. BCECE (UGMAC ) counseling is conducted in Three Round (Round 1, Round 2, and Subsequent MOP UP rounds). Seat selection for Government Seats and for Management quota seats will be through web counseling

Eligibility For Admission : Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB)
1. Qualification:

• 12th or (10+2 Equivalent) with Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English for UR & 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
• Those who have qualified NEET by scoring the minimum qualifying percentage will be eligible for the Admission and Counseling. Candidates should have earned a minimum of 50 percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC and 45th percentile for General-PH) in order to become eligible for NEET counseling rounds
• AGE: A student must have completed an age of 17 years at the time of admission under NEET eligibility or should complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.

Means and includes seats in Government colleges and Government share of seats in Private colleges.

• 85% of Seats in Government colleges (after exclusion of 15 % seats transferred to All India Quota)
• 50% of the available seats for admission by the University for MBBS/ BDS shall be reserved for candidates belonging to: SC – 16%, ST- 1%%, Backward Classes (BC)-12% Reserved Category Girls (RCG)-3%, Extremely Backward Class (EBC)-18%
• 10% of total seats in specified Government Medical / Dental Colleges reserved for economically weaker section ( EWS ) Category
