Index Medical College Hospital & Research Centre ( IMCHRC )was established in the year 2007. The college is recognized by Govt. of India and the National Medical Commission (NMC) and is affiliated with the Malwanchal University is a private university in Indore The college offers 250 seats in MBBS and 113 seats in 19 disciplines of Postgraduate Courses.

The Campus is situated on 40 acres of land with four lush green gardens. The Campus is situated at Gram Morodhat, Near Khudel Village, Nemawar Road Indore. 5 Lecture Theatres are available with a seating capacity of 300 students each with sound amplification & electronically equipped with modern teaching audio-visual aids. There are three examination halls in the Medical College with each having 250 sitting capacity. The examination halls are well spacious with air condition & a CCTV camera. The auditorium of IMCHRC is having a 2000 sitting capacity. The auditorium is air-conditioned with all the ultra-modern audiovisual and transmission facilities.

Residential hostels are available for undergraduate and postgraduate students, interns, boys, and girls separately. Residential areas are available for Teaching & Non Teaching staff. The medical aspirants seeking MBBS/BDS admission at Madhya Pradesh will have to register themselves for the The Directorate of Medical Education (DME- MP), admission process by filling out their application form. Madhya Pradesh MBBS/BDS admission is done on the basis of marks secured in NEET. Candidates who will qualify NEET Exam and meet the eligibility requirements can only register and fill the application form for The Directorate of Medical Education (DME- MP), MBBS / BDS admission. The Directorate of Medical Education (DME- MP) counseling is conducted in Three rounds (Round 1, Round 2, and Mop-up Round). The fourth round being the College Round, if the number of vacant seats is x, then a 10x the list of registered candidates will be sent to the college and is to be exhausted strictly in order of merit. Combined Seat selection for Government Seats (Competent Authority Quota) and Management quota seats will be exclusively through web counseling.

Eligibility For Admission
1. Qualification:

• 12th or (10+2 Equivalent) with Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English for UR & 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
• Those who have qualified NEET by scoring the minimum qualifying percentage will be eligible for the Admission and Counseling. Candidates should have earned a minimum of 50 percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC and 45th percentile for General-PH) in order to become eligible for NEET counseling rounds
• AGE: A student must have completed an age of 17 years at the time of admission under NEET eligibility or should complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.

Government Seats (Competent Authority Quota)

Means and includes seats in Government colleges and Government share of seats in Private colleges.

• 85% of Seats in Government colleges (after exclusion of 15 % seats transferred to All India Quota)
• MBBS/ BDS shall be reserved for candidates

• 10% of total seats in specified Government Medical / Dental Colleges reserved for economically weaker section ( EWS ) Category
